After Friday’s opening, which we have attended in a smaller group, we have started this week by joining forces at Arhipera for a visit at RDW during Monday’s quiet afternoon. Our dear Anca Cretu is representing Arhipera with a wonderful stool, designed and built within Arhipera’s project, titled Open Source Design for Underprivileged Communities. The Cretu&Cretu stool is a beautiful, robust, durable object which can be easily manufactured using working site’s leftovers, and did I mention the extremely low carbon print!? Congratulations to Anca and to all Arhipera members and volunteers for making furniture prototypes for people who cannot afford design!
